Never buy glass measuring cups you need plastic one like this because anything hot can make it bust cutting up your hands

glass measuring cups can't hold to much heat or it will expand and explode in your hands causing injuries so its best to get thick plastic ones their is several cups to pick from including this one i bought called good cook profreshionals 2 cup plastic measuring cup from Walmart for $3.44 its reasonable price and easy to keep clean doesn't stain especially pouring sauces from it

Teriyaki chicken fillets baked make sure to poke holes in them with a fork so inside can cook all the way through you don't want to have raw meat with the outside done you can get stick

This meal  right here was so good and easy to make you can either make the teriyaki sauce yourself or go buy it from Walmart already made up it depends on what kind you get like kraft, Heinz, each one made about the same but the taste just the same with the overn turn it on at 350 or 400 with the chicken fillets but it cut up already or Get the whole chicken and cut it up into small pieces you want to cover each one with the teriyaki sauce slide it in the oven Kee checking on it until it's just right

First, get everything you need before you start. I got out my big wooden spoon to stir. Never use plastic; it will melt cooking grease. SMALL BOWLS, CUTTING BOARD, AND SHARP KNIFE ONIONS AND SAUSAGE, AND SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE, START BY RINSING OFF THE CUTTING BOARD AND THE WOK KNIFE, AND GETTING THE SAUSAGE RINSE IT OFF, CUT INTO SMALL SLICES, AND PUT IN BOWL. THEN GET THE ONIONS CUT INTO SMALL PIECES; YOU DO NOT WANT BIG PIECES. START HEATING UP THE WOK SO THE GREASE CAN BE READY. ADD THE SAUSAGE. i had to buy these heavy pans so i can have more room when im making biscuits,cookies, cinnamon rolls, making garlic knots, baked potatoes that i haven't made in a while because of not having strong enough big enough to hold them The old pans was like tin foil instead of these right here its going to be good to cook boneless pork chops,ham burgers that' won't stick this time and taco's these pans definitely going to be much easier to keep clean don't need to scrub them with a Brillo like the old ones that was straight nasty and dark brown
