Never buy glass measuring cups you need plastic one like this because anything hot can make it bust cutting up your hands

glass measuring cups can't hold to much heat or it will expand and explode in your hands causing injuries so its best to get thick plastic ones their is several cups to pick from including this one i bought called good cook profreshionals 2 cup plastic measuring cup from Walmart for $3.44 its reasonable price and easy to keep clean doesn't stain especially pouring sauces from it

Better knives you want to get for your home's from Walmart you can't cut meat with old knives that' has broken handles and not sharp at all

These knives are called Mainstays  fleet line stainless steel dinner knifes 3 pack set $1.97 you're getting three together for $2.97 six total sets equals to 28 knives together their heavy not like dollar tree brand knives those be bending up must be made out of aluminum foil but knives I bought from Walmart are 200 percent silver ware won't bend or break trying to cut or buttering a waffle or Make a hero sandwich  this definitely going to be good if you moving in and don't have anything to use in the kitchen you can rack up

First, get everything you need before you start. I got out my big wooden spoon to stir. Never use plastic; it will melt cooking grease. SMALL BOWLS, CUTTING BOARD, AND SHARP KNIFE ONIONS AND SAUSAGE, AND SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE, START BY RINSING OFF THE CUTTING BOARD AND THE WOK KNIFE, AND GETTING THE SAUSAGE RINSE IT OFF, CUT INTO SMALL SLICES, AND PUT IN BOWL. THEN GET THE ONIONS CUT INTO SMALL PIECES; YOU DO NOT WANT BIG PIECES. START HEATING UP THE WOK SO THE GREASE CAN BE READY. ADD THE SAUSAGE. FIRST, LET IT COOK FOR A FEW SECONDS, THEN ADD ONIONS; USE THE WOODEN SPOON TO STIR AROUND UNTIL IT'S DONE; TRANSFER INTO A BOWL; LET IT COOL OFF FOR A SECOND; POUR THE SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE ON IT; GET OUT SOFT TORTILLAS. i had to buy these heavy pans so i can have more room when im making biscuits,cookies, cinnamon rolls, making garlic knots, baked potatoes that i haven't made in a while because of not having strong enough big enough to hold them The old pans was like tin foil instead of these right here its going to be good to cook boneless pork chops,ham burgers that' won't stick this time and taco's these pans definitely going to be much easier to keep clean don't need to scrub them with a Brillo like the old ones that was straight nasty and dark brown
