Never buy glass measuring cups you need plastic one like this because anything hot can make it bust cutting up your hands

glass measuring cups can't hold to much heat or it will expand and explode in your hands causing injuries so its best to get thick plastic ones their is several cups to pick from including this one i bought called good cook profreshionals 2 cup plastic measuring cup from Walmart for $3.44 its reasonable price and easy to keep clean doesn't stain especially pouring sauces from it

Your should be using Reynolds wrap on your grills and to cover all your food up especially being outside or in public area like parks sports events

You should never Cook meat and other items on metal racks without putting on  Reynolds wrap foil but make sure you clean it off before you do doing this keeps the food from sticking to the metal rack and burning up and keeping anything from falling down in the hot  charcoal especially grease from ham burgers once the food is done you want to cover the aluminum pans with big piece it depends on if you using big pan or small pan to hold food  especially you had cooked a lot in several pans theses two boxes can cover it all at once

First, get everything you need before you start. I got out my big wooden spoon to stir. Never use plastic; it will melt cooking grease. SMALL BOWLS, CUTTING BOARD, AND SHARP KNIFE ONIONS AND SAUSAGE, AND SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE, START BY RINSING OFF THE CUTTING BOARD AND THE WOK KNIFE, AND GETTING THE SAUSAGE RINSE IT OFF, CUT INTO SMALL SLICES, AND PUT IN BOWL. THEN GET THE ONIONS CUT INTO SMALL PIECES; YOU DO NOT WANT BIG PIECES. START HEATING UP THE WOK SO THE GREASE CAN BE READY. ADD THE SAUSAGE. FIRST, LET IT COOK FOR A FEW SECONDS, THEN ADD ONIONS; USE THE WOODEN SPOON TO STIR AROUND UNTIL IT'S DONE; TRANSFER INTO A BOWL; LET IT COOL OFF FOR A SECOND; POUR THE SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE ON IT; GET OUT SOFT TORTILLAS. Members mark aluminum sheet pans two in one pack for $14.36 I picked up from Sam's club because they are much bigger than the ones I had before trying to cook with in the oven

i had to buy these heavy pans so i can have more room when im making biscuits,cookies, cinnamon rolls, making garlic knots, baked potatoes that i haven't made in a while because of not having strong enough big enough to hold them The old pans was like tin foil instead of these right here its going to be good to cook boneless pork chops,ham burgers that' won't stick this time and taco's these pans definitely going to be much easier to keep clean don't need to scrub them with a Brillo like the old ones that was straight nasty and dark brown
