before getting to the hustle gotta have good breakfast to keep you going and keep you full for awhile so what better to start off the morning with breakfast hero you can add what you on it the way i decided to make mine is with some sausage patties and slices cheese on soft hoagie hero bun i was going to add eggs but that would be to much especially going out to do things hero would be breaking apart and be either on the plate or all over the floor thats why i just stuck with the sausage patties and cheese easy to Carry in hand eat on the go

easy to cook up just need some breakfast sausages round rolls the ones you like to get i picked up the onion ones because they soft don't need to heat them up or even toast at all first if you have them in the freezer take them out the night before so they won't be frozen at all makes cooking them better than you want add little cooking oil so the wont stick to the pan when they start frying up the breakfast sausage put them on low flame because they will burn up if you have it on to high make sure you turn them so they can be brown on both sides than while they cooling down get your roll ready with cheese and whatever you going to spread on it just that simple

First, get everything you need before you start. I got out my big wooden spoon to stir. Never use plastic; it will melt cooking grease. SMALL BOWLS, CUTTING BOARD, AND SHARP KNIFE ONIONS AND SAUSAGE, AND SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE, START BY RINSING OFF THE CUTTING BOARD AND THE WOK KNIFE, AND GETTING THE SAUSAGE RINSE IT OFF, CUT INTO SMALL SLICES, AND PUT IN BOWL. THEN GET THE ONIONS CUT INTO SMALL PIECES; YOU DO NOT WANT BIG PIECES. START HEATING UP THE WOK SO THE GREASE CAN BE READY. ADD THE SAUSAGE. i had to buy these heavy pans so i can have more room when im making biscuits,cookies, cinnamon rolls, making garlic knots, baked potatoes that i haven't made in a while because of not having strong enough big enough to hold them The old pans was like tin foil instead of these right here its going to be good to cook boneless pork chops,ham burgers that' won't stick this time and taco's these pans definitely going to be much easier to keep clean don't need to scrub them with a Brillo like the old ones that was straight nasty and dark brown
