Crispy fish sandwich on a pretzel bun with tartar sauce black pepper cheese lettuce and wavy ways chips on the side

what you need to do is have everything out on the counter before you start cooking it up the Hawaiian pretzel buns they come in four pack and six pack the lays wavy plain chips either small bag or big bag gorton crispy battered fish wild caught Alaskan Pollock it has 10 in it cheese I used Kraft American slices 24 pack last much longer and ice Berg lettuce and black pepper and Kraft tartar sauce first heat up the grease so it can be really hot as soon as you put the fish in it starts to fry up while that's cooking get your buns ready with spreading the tartar sauce on both sides yhan the lettuce the cheese and shake some black pepper on buns grab a bowl add a paper towel in it so it can exsorb the grease when you take out the fish let it cool off a bit before adding them to the buns than add the chips to make a full meal
