Eating corn can be a meal by itself doesn't take to much to fill you up but if you like changing it up you can add certain items to spice it up once in awhile you can add rice green beans bacon other meats and even seasonings but I put together something good for myself I used my wok drained out the water in canned corn started heated it up than added bell peppers was going to add onions but it might have not tasted so good so I didn't add the onions next time I'm going to add steak slices or chicken to it
