glass measuring cups can't hold to much heat or it will expand and explode in your hands causing injuries so its best to get thick plastic ones their is several cups to pick from including this one i bought called good cook profreshionals 2 cup plastic measuring cup from Walmart for $3.44 its reasonable price and easy to keep clean doesn't stain especially pouring sauces from it

FIRST WHAT YOU WANT TO DO IS GET THE BACON YOU WANT SLICE INTO SMALL PIECES. SO IT CAN REALLY COOK UP NOW THE POTATOES. YOU ONLY NEED TWO OR THREE. RINSE THEM OFF IN COLD WATER THAN CUT THE SKIN OFF WITH USING POTATO PEELER ONCE THAT'S DONE RINSE THEM AGAIN NOW YOU NEED TO CUT THEM DOWN TO DICE SIZE POTATOES MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A BOWL TO PUT THEM ALL IN NOW THE BELL PEPPERS ONIONS SLICE ALL THEM DOWN TO GET YOU WOK ADD JUST LITTLE GREASE HEAT UP NOW ADD BACON LET IT COOK FOR FEW SECONDS THEN ADD ONIONS BELL PEPPERS ALL YOU GOTTA DO IS STIR UNTIL IT'S DONE DON'T WANNA BURN IT UP ESPECIALLY THE BACON

SMALL BOWLS, CUTTING BOARD, AND SHARP KNIFE ONIONS AND SAUSAGE, AND SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE, START BY RINSING OFF THE CUTTING BOARD AND THE WOK KNIFE, AND GETTING THE SAUSAGE RINSE IT OFF, CUT INTO SMALL SLICES, AND PUT IN BOWL. i had to buy these heavy pans so i can have more room when im making biscuits,cookies, cinnamon rolls, making garlic knots, baked potatoes that i haven't made in a while because of not having strong enough big enough to hold them The old pans was like tin foil instead of these right here its going to be good to cook boneless pork chops,ham burgers that' won't stick this time and taco's these pans definitely going to be much easier to keep clean don't need to scrub them with a Brillo like the old ones that was straight nasty and dark brown
